We visited Villa Jääskelä. I loved it. The dining area is excactly as amazing as in this top picture. It has room to fit all our guests and more and in the other side of the space there is dance floor and a little stage. That part is not so pretty, but it can be decorated hopefully. Also there is a bar in the right side of this picture. The rent also includes a terrace outside that half has a roof on it. Place has A-rights, so no own dirinks allowed, but with menu glass of vine is included. Menu is around 35 euros/ person and we can plan the menu like we want. Ofcourse price will change if the menu is large. We can have the place personaliced like we want and come clean it up the next day. They will take care of the finnishing cleaning, we just remove the decoration. Also what is really great is, that we can bring our dog Leo there!
The owner was really friendly and seems like we can get help from them during the planing and making everything happen. They even have some extra stuff like big framed chalkboards that we could use as menu. Also owner said we are welcome to talk with his wife who knows more about all things they have.
With the rent and menu price we get all the tables, plates, equipments like their sound system, video projector and screen, also personel and bar included.

But, the place has few problems. Thing is the problems are only problems because I´m in a wheelchair. First, to get to the indoors, there is a ramp, quite scary ramp if I may say. I can go from it, but it is not easy going down. I can promise it will definitely not be gracefull looking. The ramp would not be so big thing if I would know for sure, that I only need to use it to go in and by the end of the day get out. However, at the moment the toilets are outside, you wan see the door right under the ramp in the last image, that is inva toilet. It is a nice working indoor toilet, but I would need to go the ramp every time I need to pee.. This problem tough has a little hope. The owner said that they are planning on having toilets renovated to the indoors. Since the wedding is not this summer but the next, there is a great chance the toilets and so the ramp, would not be a problem. But it is not sure.
Las but not least, Tough the dining area is spacious it was still slightly difficult to get thru the tables with a wheelchair. And this was without any guests, how will I ft when there are people seated?..
These problems are annoying since they are not sure problems, more like dilemmas. Everyone want their wedding day to go as smoothly as possible and not have to stress about any extra. The problems are not problems for sure, but they do create stress. And I am a sure sressing machine, any little thing and I can stress about it. I sometimes even stress if i´m not stressing...
Other options
So, location is still booked for us, but we have been checking again the options around Jyväskylä. Right now I have found two. The other one is further away from Jyväskylä, but has accommodation for some quests and one bridalsuite that is accessible with a wheelchair. That spot is cheeper, but also smaller and lacs any atmosphere. It also is ontop of the restaurant, so it lacs privacy in some way. Funny thing is the inva-toilet is also not the easiest, I would have to go outside and around the building to ge downstears where the inva toilet is.. You can go check the spot as a panorama view fom this link or visit Varjolas webpage. This one we could get to the same day we had Villa Jääskelä booked, so that is kinda nice. We have to let them know by 12.3. if we take the offer or not.

I also contacted an other spot, Savutuvan apaja. The planned day is already booked and I haven´t yet gotten them any reply for any other weekend in summer time. With that spot there is also atleast accommodation for some quests, but I don´t know if they have a acsessible bridalsuite. Also I have yet no idea what it would cost and what is included at the price. So that one is still totally open. It does have some nice atmosphere that the Varjola lacked, but I am worried it is too dark or small. I plan to call them next week, if I don´t get any reply on my email on monday. Here is Savutuvan Apajan webpage, for more images. Savutuvan Apaja is a good option, if the price and acsessability is ok. They were in the wedding expo and there I was told, the spot would not be acsessable by wheelchair, but at their webpage they say different -we will see which is the truth.

In conclusion. I really loved the Villa Jääskelä. The look and feel of it and the owner was so nice too. I like the fact that we could bring our dog in there too. It was bright and had room outside and inside. I have a feeling, that I am just trying to put back the fnal desission when I already know what we will have. Mr J also said that the Varjola seemed really empty and closed place. He Said that Villa Jääskelä has no problems for him (yeah, much oppinions from him.. men..:P ) And Savutupa looked ok for him too. So Again it is left for me to make the hard decissions. I think the Varjola just lack any interest in our heart, so it will be a competition with Savutuvan Apaja and Villa Jääskelä.
