Almost a date and place!

I got some feedback from my previous post and I am happy, that I have helpfull and innovative friends around me. I must say I am more confident now, that we shall have a wedding dance. We will make it just more our own in style. More like a "show" then a regular wedding dance. I ctually have started to look for nice music and I maybe let you in to some options in one of the next blog post.

In this post tough I wanted to let you know, that we have made a reservation to a possible spot for a wedding and that means we have a date. BUT, we have only seen pictures of the place, so we will try to go see the place in the following weeks, to be sure that the place is as nice as we think and most importantly is accessible by wheelchair; They do say that they have the inva-toilet and space in general should work for a person in a wheelchair; but you can never actually trust. Image from the place above, taken from their facebook page. I like the wooden parts of this spot and it is close to the town, wich makes it easier for people who stay the night in hotels. I do hope it is not too dark. But in the other hand i would like to give atmosphere with candles or christmaslights.

I have allready started to create Save The Date cards, wich is actually surprisingly difficult, since it will give the first expression of the style of the wedding in color and theme. I gess the biggest guestion is: more africa or fantasy with color theme?

What is exciting about this week is, that this weekend there is a wedding expo in Jyväskylä! I will go there with my Made of honor and with one other friend who actually has helped with booking the wedding spot. I hope to get really girly in the wedding expo and hopefully get some helpful ideas for wedding decoration, dress and just enjoy the chance to get wedding excited! I shall try to take some pictures there and tell about it next time.
