Colors of the wedding

We started talking about the look and style of our wedding right away after getting back to finland after the engagement, so actually the next day. We both wanted some kind of theme but didn´t quite know what.

Mr J´s cousin Had just had a really nice theme for their wedding; Venice carneval. We did rightaway consider that, but didn´t want to copy, so it has taken us time to really figure something out. mr J wants wedding to be stylish with nice dresses on everyone so a bit fancier then just a summer party and I wanted color! White is not my thing.

I kinda have always known what I want, but it took some time to get it visual and get mr J on my side :D I originally said some african like theme and that scared him. So I kept guet for a while and kept just lookin Pinterest. Then I suggested something les radical sounding, colors, same colors that can be found from our home: Green, orange and a bit of brown and white. He seems to have accepted that.

Where should these colors show. I think I don´t want a lot of flowers, they cost amazingly a lot. Instead I have looked ower Pinterest and one funny option is actually green apples in some glases of water or just simply green leaves in glases. Also some table cloat with orange and green would be great for each table and something in the clothes of the wedding party: bride, groom, maid of honor, bridesmaid, bestman and groomsman.

I have actually played with the idea that even the guest should have orange or green atleast in some part of there clothes, but have to still think about that.

We also might (most likely will) add some elements from a game serie Assassin´s Creed in some where, because we met in that game. But is quite out of the theme of Orange and green, so have to see how to embed it in the wedding smoothly.
